It's only been one week since my Daddy finished my web site and started telling people about it, and wow! It has been amazing to see how quickly the word has spread. I am so grateful to all of you who are helping by telling others about me and praying for me. It really is uplifting to see how much people really care. I hope lots of other kids will benefit from my site too, so please keep up the great work. Thank you all.

Mommy took me in for a blood test today and we were surprised to find out that my hemoglobin was really low again already. It's only been just over three weeks since my last transfusion and now I'm in need of another one right away. Normally I'd still be okay at around three weeks, but not this time. Looks like I'll be getting more blood tomorrow.

Every time we go for a ride in the car either Mommy or Daddy does all the driving. They must figure I'm too small to drive. All this time I thought they were right, but I was determined to find out for myself. Today when Daddy came home from work, I came out to greet him like I always do, but before he could even get out of the car I climbed right up in his lap. In no time I was pushing all the buttons, turning things on and off, and working that steering wheel. I even honked the horn. It was so much fun, I couldn't tear myself away from it. Little did I know there was more to it than just using your hands. Apparently, you have to use your feet too. My feet were not even close to reaching the pedals. I guess Mommy and Daddy are right. I've got lots more growing to do.

Well it's only been about three and a half weeks and here I am getting another transfusion. We were kind of caught by surprise on this one. Hopefully it was just a fluke and not a new trend. We want my blood to last longer and longer, not the other way around. To make today even more interesting, my Daddy got all of his wisdom teeth taken out this morning, so he's at home resting. Mommy's really had her hands full today.
