I've now reached my twentieth transfusion. Some milestone, huh. Most people go through life without having any and here I am not even 2 years old yet, going on 20. Everybody thought I would have grown out of this problem by now. Alas it was not to be. I can't complain though. I always feel better afterwards. I just wish we could figure out what's causing my anemia.

I went for my first bike ride today. Well, I wasn't actually riding the bike. I was riding behind it. Daddy bought me my very own bike trailer and helmet so I could go riding with him. I wasn't sure what to think of it at first, but before long I was having a good time. I got to see most of our neighborhood go whizzing by as we rode along. I'm not a big fan of the helmet. It kind of gets in the way and it gets hot underneath there, but apparently I have to wear it. No matter, it was fun anyway.

March was a good month. Not a whole lot going on in my little life, but that's okay by me. I just get up each day and do my thing. It seems like every day I discover something new. Mama is there with me each day taking good care of me. It's not fun being anemic, but it sure is fun being a kid.
