I finally got my first tooth. Mama's always looking around in my mouth with a flashlight trying to see if there's one in there and today she found one. It just broke the surface and boy was that fun. My gums have been bugging me for days. Now I know why. Something tells me there's plenty more where that came from.

Mama feeds me all kinds of mushy foods, but my favorite has to be sweet potatoes. I just can't get enough of them. It seems to me the more I like a certain food, the more of it I get on my face. How does that happen?

I was feeling pretty good today after P.T. so Mama took me outdoors for a little picnic in the front yard. I LOVE being outdoors. The weather was so nice. I'm getting pretty good at sitting up too, so I didn't have to look at the sky the whole time.

Mama took me to a place called Sea World today. What an interesting place that was. My aunt, uncle, cousins and grandparents came with us too. It was a lot of fun, but it was very, very cold that day. Mama and Nana held me tight and kept me warm throughout the day. I got to see all kinds of crazy animals that live and play in the water. My favorite was the big whale they call Shamu. He did lots of jumps and got lots of people wet. It sure wasn't a good day to get wet.

I had to get my helmet adjusted today. That thing is a big pain in my head. It feels a little better after they adjust it, though. My head just keeps growing, but the helmet doesn't, so they have to shave thin layers out of the inside to make room. Hmmm, I wonder how long before I outgrow it.

I got to go back to that Sea World place and I had more fun his time for two reasons. It was much warmer and Dada got to come. I got to see all the animals this time because I wasn't huddled against someone for warmth. There were flamingos, sea turtles, sting rays, dolphins, manatees, alligators, sea lions, penguins, sharks, and of course Shamu. We went to his show again at the end of the day and I sat in Dada's lap, just out of reach of Shamu's big splashes. I thought it was hilarious when the people in front of us got all wet. After that, it was time to go home. Boy was I pooped.

Mama noticed my second tooth had come through today. What a pain that was. At least now I have a matching set. Now if I could just get all these other ones to make an appearance.
