Now if having these blood problems wasn't enough, apparently I had some issue with my neck too. I couldn't turn my head very well to one side like I could the other. So to make it better I had to start going to physical therapy. Today was my first day. I met the lady who was going to be helping me. Her name is Marie and she is very nice, but she makes me do some tough things, like turning my neck and trying to get me to lift my head up. It's a lot of work, but I know it's going to help me in the long run.

I don't really have anything new to share today so here's some more photos of me doing my thing.

Dada was all excited about another football game. He said it was the biggest game of the year, so being such big FSU fans, we cleared our schedules to sit down and watch the big game together. Unfortunately, it didn't turn out like we hoped. I still didn't really know what was going on, but you could tell by the look on Dada's face that it wasn't good. I think FSU lost to the Gators.

Wouldn't ya know it. Mama and Dada found out I've got another problem. Apparently because I wasn't able to turn my neck for so long, I ended up sleeping on one side way more than the other, and that caused my head to grow in a weird shape. So to fix that I have to wear a special helmet.

Today I went to go see the helmet guy so he could fit me for the helmet. That was interesting. He dipped these strips of fabric in white goop and then wrapped them around my head. The goop dried in a few minutes and when it was done he had something in the shape of my head. That allowed him to build a helmet that fit just right for me. He said it wouldn't be ready for 3 weeks though, so we'll be back then.

It was a very happy Thanksgiving. Mama and Dada took me down to see all our family for the holiday. I was feeling pretty good. For some reason my last transfusion was lasting a bit longer than usual, so I was thankful for that. I got to meet my Aunt Penny and play with my cousins. At dinner time everybody gathered around Nana's big table for a big Thanksgiving feast. They all ate turkey and I had my usual bowl of mush.
