Home Again, Home Again

Good News! The doctors decided that I was doing well enough that I could go home today. I only had to stay one night. This was much better than the 6 nights last month. My belly is still very sore and my wounds bleed a little now and then, but otherwise I'm doing pretty well. It hurts to stand up straight, but that didn't keep me from walking out of there. I couldn't wait to get home.

The first thing I did when we got home was take a very long much-needed nap. Boy was it nice to be back in my own bed. After I woke up, Daddy told me I got some mail. I love to get mail! I was excited to find out that several people had sent me get well cards. Thank you! I really do appreciate every one of them. And I appreciate everyone's thoughts and prayers too.
